Teams at Schraad Sales & Marketing

Manages customer accounts in the grocery and consumer goods sector by developing sales strategies, budgets, merchandising plans, and product-launch initiatives. Builds relationships with local customers and retail grocery stores, analyzes Nielsen and IRI data, recommends assortments and planograms, tracks sales performance, and coordinates with business development and retail operations teams to achieve client volume, share, and revenue goals.

Provides administrative sales support by managing client accounts, reconciling claims and deductions, preparing contracts, tracking promotional spending, processing retail orders, and coordinating item, promotion, and pricing information with category managers. Maintains files, resolves account issues, communicates with clients and corporate teams, and supports business and key account managers. Some travel may be required.
