Lead biomarker strategy and execution for preclinical neuromuscular disease programs. Develop fit-for-purpose assays, design rodent pharmacology studies, oversee CROs and external laboratories, interpret complex biomarker datasets, and translate biological hypotheses into clinically actionable approaches. Collaborate with Discovery Biology, Bioanalytical, and Clinical Pharmacology teams while providing scientific leadership on target engagement, pharmacodynamic response, and disease progression.

Leads biostatistical activities across Phase 1–3 clinical development programs, including trial design, modeling, simulations, analysis plans, statistical deliverables, regulatory documents, and agency interactions. Represents biostatistics on cross-functional teams, interprets results, oversees CROs and vendors, supports randomization and supply algorithms, and contributes to publications and presentations.

Leads pricing and contracting operations for a launch-stage biotech, including gross-to-net forecasting, rebate and chargeback processing, contract analytics, price governance, regulatory monitoring, BPO oversight, and SOX-aligned controls. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Market Access, and executive leadership on modeling, policy impacts, revenue-leakage mitigation, and product launch readiness. Builds scalable processes and mentors analysts as the function grows.
