Lead a technical team to evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment, drive projects from concept through production scale-up, troubleshoot complex manufacturing and process issues, and use data-driven experimentation to improve quality, safety, and productivity while partnering with R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems, HMIs, and SCADA for manufacturing equipment. Integrate sensors, VFDs, motion control, and industrial networks; support commissioning, validation, OT–IT integration, and documentation. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, suppliers, and IT to improve reliability, process control, data visibility, and manufacturing efficiency.

Drive territory bookings and gross-profit targets by developing account strategies, identifying and qualifying new business, negotiating pricing and contracts, maintaining forecasts and pipelines, resolving commercial issues, partnering cross-functionally to launch programs, and representing the company at customer meetings and industry events.
