Manages sales and marketing activities for Schluter products across a Nashville-based territory. Develops market strategies, goals, and action plans; sells through distributors, retailers, contractors, and other channels; builds relationships with homeowners, installers, architects, and industry influencers; maintains territory records and product knowledge; manages company materials and expenses; submits reports; attends meetings and training; and coordinates sales efforts across territories. Requires extensive daily travel, overnight meetings, technical or outside sales experience, strong communication, leadership, organization, and driving eligibility.

Expedites product flow through warehouse departments, releases and monitors outbound and production orders, resolves inventory discrepancies, performs picking, receiving, cycle counts, and stocktake activities, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. Operates warehouse equipment and systems, supports process improvements, maintains safety and organization standards, and serves as a cross-functional subject matter expert.

Leads large-scale manufacturing process improvement and innovation initiatives as a technical subject matter expert. Responsibilities include optimizing production efficiency, conducting capability studies, PFMEAs, risk assessments, validation, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation. The role develops process documentation, supports equipment and capital projects, mentors engineering staff, collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and advises management on technical strategy, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
