Processes customer orders, monitors order inboxes and EDI orders, responds to order inquiries, tracks backorders and shipments, coordinates with warehouses and transport companies, handles air freight quotes and orders, processes claims and RMAs, updates CRM and INFOR systems, and maintains customer service and order-status standards.

Develops and improves products through cross-functional engineering projects, including requirements, specifications, drawings, prototypes, first parts, testing plans, and product evaluations. Plans and executes research projects, coordinates laboratory testing, documents results, and presents reports. Supports product management, technical services, quality, manufacturing, production, and staff training. Travel is required within the United States, Canada, and Europe for business meetings.

Supports benefits, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, payroll assistance, and employment law compliance. Provides coaching and conflict resolution, maintains employee records, conducts workplace investigations, prepares management reports, assists with HR policies and procedures, and contributes to projects. Requires strong communication, interpersonal, HRIS, Excel, database management, record-keeping, and employment law knowledge.

Coordinates educational workshops and seminars, including attendee registration, hotel and meal arrangements, promotional mailings, confirmations, event materials, CRM updates, follow-up correspondence, gift orders, billing reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, and evaluation data entry. Supports Territory Managers and Educational Trainers with event requests and makes outreach calls to increase attendance.

Manages sales and marketing activities for Schluter products across a Nashville-based territory. Develops market strategies, goals, and action plans; sells through distributors, retailers, contractors, and other channels; builds relationships with homeowners, installers, architects, and industry influencers; maintains territory records and product knowledge; manages company materials and expenses; submits reports; attends meetings and training; and coordinates sales efforts across territories. Requires extensive daily travel, overnight meetings, technical or outside sales experience, strong communication, leadership, organization, and driving eligibility.
