Provides administrative and operational support to a distribution center leadership team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, records, communications, attendance data, purchasing, invoices, events, training logistics, employee engagement programs, vendor coordination, reporting, process documentation, workplace observations, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also supports temporary workforce administration, facility operations, audits, and cross-functional business needs.

Manage assigned business projects and change orders within a structured project-management framework. Responsibilities include preparing work packages and change requests, coordinating and moderating meetings and workshops, supporting project leads, developing processes and templates, facilitating training, and improving collaboration and transparency. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical skills, Agile experience, and comfort working across cultures with some international travel.

Manages sales and marketing activities for Schluter products across a Nashville-based territory. Develops market strategies, goals, and action plans; sells through distributors, retailers, contractors, and other channels; builds relationships with homeowners, installers, architects, and industry influencers; maintains territory records and product knowledge; manages company materials and expenses; submits reports; attends meetings and training; and coordinates sales efforts across territories. Requires extensive daily travel, overnight meetings, technical or outside sales experience, strong communication, leadership, organization, and driving eligibility.
