Prepares and serves cafeteria and therapeutic meals, assembles patient trays, follows standardized recipes and diet requirements, performs dishwashing and sanitation, stocks supplies, maintains equipment and records, handles cafeteria cash, and supports meal delivery services. Ensures compliance with HACCP, infection control, safety, and food sanitation regulations while providing courteous customer service.

Provides telephone triage, patient assessments, clinical advice, referrals, prescription refill processing, and accurate electronic documentation. Floats across clinics to obtain vital signs, collect specimens, assist with procedures, administer medications and immunizations, provide patient education, manage follow-up testing, and respond to emergencies. Maintains clinical supplies, medications, equipment checks, quality controls, and compliance with clinic policies while collaborating with providers and staff.
