Develop and maintain the Virtual Standardized Patient platform across frontend, backend, data, AI, and infrastructure layers. Build real-time voice interactions and LLM-based assessment tools; manage AWS infrastructure, databases, deployments, CI/CD, security, testing, monitoring, and documentation.
