Own and evolve the ARTESCA platform, including Linux, Kubernetes control planes, workers, add-ons, installers, upgrades, and lifecycle management. Harden systems through security, compliance, SBOM, and supply-chain practices. Build deployment workflows, cloud and backup-vendor integrations, documentation, tests, and CI/CD automation. The role requires strong Linux administration, networking, Kubernetes, orchestration, security hardening, scripting, Git, and production troubleshooting skills, with development experience in Go considered beneficial.

Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-tier and newly recruited partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland to generate partner-sourced pipeline for ARTESCA. Recruit, enable, and support partners for joint GTM, co-selling with Veeam, deal registration, quoting, and opportunity acceleration. Maintain CRM discipline, report pipeline, run enablement, and coordinate with channel, field sales, marketing and sales engineering.
