Owns regional field, channel, and alliance marketing across the Americas to generate qualified pipeline. Build security tooling and harden Scality’s Linux-based storage platform. Responsibilities include automating CVE detection and vulnerability management, integrating SBOM analysis into CI/CD, assessing code reachability, improving SCOS hardening and SELinux enforcement, securing software supply chains, managing secrets, advancing FIPS readiness, and translating compliance requirements into automation and evidence. The role requires hands-on Python and Bash engineering, Linux expertise, security judgment, and collaboration in French and English.

Own the global demand generation program across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. Develop and optimize integrated digital, webinar, event, partner, and account-based campaigns to generate qualified leads and pipeline. Manage campaign execution, HubSpot and Salesforce operations, attribution, reporting, budgets, agencies, and experimentation. Collaborate with growth, sales, SDR, partner, field, regional, and product marketing teams to improve conversion, pipeline impact, and acquisition efficiency.

Own and evolve the ARTESCA platform, including Linux, Kubernetes control planes, workers, add-ons, installers, upgrades, and lifecycle management. Harden systems through security, compliance, SBOM, and supply-chain practices. Build deployment workflows, cloud and backup-vendor integrations, documentation, tests, and CI/CD automation. The role requires strong Linux administration, networking, Kubernetes, orchestration, security hardening, scripting, Git, and production troubleshooting skills, with development experience in Go considered beneficial.

Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-tier and newly recruited partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland to generate partner-sourced pipeline for ARTESCA. Recruit, enable, and support partners for joint GTM, co-selling with Veeam, deal registration, quoting, and opportunity acceleration. Maintain CRM discipline, report pipeline, run enablement, and coordinate with channel, field sales, marketing and sales engineering.
