Co-own and shape a new procurement consultancy while leading major client engagements, originating and winning significant work, growing the firm’s market position, setting strategy, building teams, developing offerings, and representing the business with senior stakeholders. The Partner will bring an established Nordic client base, extensive procurement or strategic consulting experience, strong sales ability, executive communication skills in Norwegian and English, and an entrepreneurial commitment to building the firm.

Lead procurement consulting engagements, own strategic client relationships, originate and sell new work, build client accounts, develop consultants, and shape the firm’s offerings, commercial model, and go-to-market strategy. The role includes leadership responsibility, business development, potential equity ownership, and applying AI and modern methods to consulting delivery.

Management consultants will deliver procurement and supply chain engagements, including spend analysis, category strategy, sourcing, negotiation, structured problem-solving, client workshops, and measurable implementation impact. Senior hires will lead teams, client relationships, proposals, business development, and firm growth. Associate Partners and Partners will shape offerings, originate work, build client portfolios, and contribute to the consultancy’s strategy and ownership.
