Supports marketing for World of Coffee tradeshows and World Coffee Championships through social media, newsletters, event websites, sponsorship fulfillment, collateral review, onsite event support, asset coordination, and post-event reporting. The role manages marketing assets, coordinates with creative, events, sponsorship, and audiovisual teams, maintains organized files, assists with analytics, and escalates project issues. It requires strong organization, communication, deadline management, and proficiency with marketing and Microsoft tools.

Creates, localizes, translates, and publishes Korean-market content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Manages filming, editing, captioning, platform growth, community engagement, performance reporting, and adaptation of global campaigns. Supports local event and education-program marketing while coordinating priorities between Korean and global leadership.
