Coordinates global and Korean social media marketing, including campaign localization, content creation, scheduling, publishing, asset management, and performance reporting. Supports Korean events and education programs, communicates deadlines across teams and time zones, and adapts content for local audiences. Requires professional Korean and English fluency, strong writing and translation skills, familiarity with Korean social media, content production tools, and excellent organization. The role is based in Korea and may support occasional international trade shows.

Supports marketing for World of Coffee tradeshows and World Coffee Championships through social media, newsletters, event websites, sponsorship fulfillment, collateral review, onsite event support, asset coordination, and post-event reporting. The role manages marketing assets, coordinates with creative, events, sponsorship, and audiovisual teams, maintains organized files, assists with analytics, and escalates project issues. It requires strong organization, communication, deadline management, and proficiency with marketing and Microsoft tools.
