Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through implementation across infrastructure, cybersecurity, OT/SCADA, GIS, asset management, and enterprise applications. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource coordination, vendor management, risk and issue mitigation, change control, stakeholder communication, documentation, and site-visit coordination. The role supports technology implementations, migrations, integrations, modernization, and business process improvement initiatives in complex enterprise environments.

Manages multiple marketing campaigns from planning through measurement, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Develops project plans and roadmaps, tracks costs and performance, maintains documentation, supports PMO methodology, and drives continuous improvement. Coordinates digital, social media, email, events, PR, and direct marketing initiatives while facilitating stakeholders, resolving issues, and managing change.

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, managing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, vendors, testing, deployment, and change management to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and drives user adoption.
