Manage design and construction of major substation and distribution line projects (~$15M). Lead cross-functional engineering teams, oversee design packages, specifications, procurement, scheduling, and SAP project tracking. Support construction with design-phase oversight, coordinate site preparation, build stakeholder relationships across a matrixed org, and assist with federal grant reporting as needed. On-site 2-3 days per week.

Lead requirements gathering, map current and future business processes, document business/functional/technical requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, support Dynamics 365 configuration and testing, coordinate UAT, and support training and go-live to deliver Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Lead change management for utility projects by creating and executing change plans, conducting stakeholder readiness assessments, integrating change into project delivery, developing training and communications, and measuring adoption and resistance to report outcomes to leadership.

Manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of utility projects (infrastructure, IT, regulatory compliance). Lead cross-functional teams and vendors, engage stakeholders, manage risk/change control and governance, ensure safety and regulatory adherence, and provide executive status reporting.

Perform detailed GIS editing and electrical drafting to maintain connectivity models and utility GIS databases. Update maps, drawings, and engineering records; resolve mapping discrepancies; respond to engineer and field crew requests; perform field verification as needed; support asset management and outage/analytics applications.

Manage and enhance SailPoint ISC to support identity lifecycle, access governance, provisioning, integrations, and SOX compliance. Implement access reviews, RBAC, entitlement governance, machine identity oversight, and automation while collaborating with application, infrastructure, and business teams.

Hybrid Business Analyst / Product Owner responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements, defining product vision and roadmap, prioritizing backlog, coordinating project activities, and liaising between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
