Responsibilities include remediating technical debt, troubleshooting workflows and integrations, improving architecture, governance, monitoring, security, documentation, and operational controls, and partnering with technical and business stakeholders to establish sustainable support practices.

Leads the full lifecycle of a large-scale Oracle CCB upgrade, coordinating technical, functional, utility, IT, vendor, and System Integrator teams. Manages scope, schedules, resources, risks, issues, governance, testing, reporting, cutover, transition to operations, and organizational change. Oversees vendor performance and stakeholder communication while ensuring project delivery within budget and enterprise standards. Following the upgrade, leads development of a cloud-readiness assessment for future modernization.

Build, test, validate, revise, and migrate more than 50 BI reports during a reporting modernization initiative. The analyst will validate SQL-based outputs in Azure SQL and Azure Synapse, reconcile migrated reports with legacy results and source data, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with business, engineering, architecture, and reporting stakeholders. The role requires strong data-validation skills, stakeholder communication, and independent ownership of reporting deliverables.
