Manage design and construction of major substation and distribution line projects (~$15M). Lead cross-functional engineering teams, oversee design packages, specifications, procurement, scheduling, and SAP project tracking. Support construction with design-phase oversight, coordinate site preparation, build stakeholder relationships across a matrixed org, and assist with federal grant reporting as needed. On-site 2-3 days per week.

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, managing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, vendors, testing, deployment, and change management to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and drives user adoption.

Lead and coordinate an enterprise patch management program: plan schedules, testing, deployments, remediation tracking, vendor management, risk and compliance reporting. Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, governance, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, risk-based patching across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and OT/SCADA.
