Own the purchase-to-pay cycle by processing invoices and expense reimbursements, managing prepaid expenses and GL reconciliations, maintaining vendor records and contracts, resolving vendor inquiries, supporting month-end close, and identifying process improvements. The role works closely with Finance leadership to ensure accurate, timely payables, protect confidential data, capture discounts, and support scalable accounting operations.

Prospect target accounts through phone, email, and social outreach; qualify inbound and outbound leads; research accounts and decision-makers; schedule discovery meetings; maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data; execute marketing-aligned campaigns; and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate qualified opportunities and meet pipeline goals.

Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for TRAC, including prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract closing. Sell cybersecurity risk and compliance software to banking, healthcare, finance, and other regulated organizations. Collaborate with marketing, meet sales targets, attend industry events, and maintain knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements. This is a remote role requiring frequent travel.
