Lead full-cycle recruiting for cybersecurity and tech roles: source, screen, interview, hire, and onboard candidates. Partner with hiring managers to build recruiting processes, analyze hiring data, ensure EEO/ADA compliance, manage job requisitions, schedule interviews, and assist with offer negotiations to deliver a positive candidate experience.
