Serves as the first point of contact for resort guests and residents. Handles check-in and check-out, reservations, calls, online inquiries, payments, collections, records, communications, mail, supplies, and meter readings. Coordinates with maintenance to resolve concerns, maintains confidential lease documentation, and provides courteous, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The VP of People and Culture will lead the company’s people strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, leadership development, succession planning, retention, and people analytics. This executive will build scalable HR systems, advise the CEO, COO, and operating leaders, develop the HR team, and improve talent outcomes across a rapidly growing, multi-site organization.

Serves as the resort’s first point of contact by managing guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, inquiries, payments, communications, records, mail, and office supplies. Provides courteous customer service, handles complaints, coordinates issue resolution with maintenance, processes rental payments, documents resident information, and supports utility billing and general front desk operations.

Maintains golf course grounds by mowing greens, tees, and collars; raking bunkers; edging paths and drainage features; operating light equipment; removing debris; and assisting with construction, grading, soil preparation, irrigation, and turf planting. The role requires physical manual labor, attention to detail, equipment operation, communication, customer service, and work in varying weather conditions.

Support resort operations by handling guest/resident relations, reservations, staffing and scheduling, budget monitoring, rent/accounting tasks, marketing support, compliance with housing laws, and stepping in for the General Manager when needed to ensure high service and occupancy.

Lead accounting and financial reporting across multi-entity operations, build scalable financial infrastructure and team, ensure GAAP-compliant statements, implement accounting systems and automation, manage cash, controls, and consolidate reporting to support strategic growth and partner with executive leadership.

Support community operations by maintaining resident relations, overseeing maintenance and curb appeal, managing budgets and rent collection, ensuring HUD/Fair Housing compliance, recruiting and training staff, executing marketing and resident events, and handling reports and regulatory documentation to meet occupancy and performance goals.
