Serves as the first point of contact for guests and residents, managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, inquiries, communications, records, mail, and front desk operations. Provides professional, courteous service while maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality.

Provides front-desk service for resort guests and residents, managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, calls, online inquiries, payments, records, communications, mail, and utility readings. The role resolves guest concerns, coordinates with maintenance, maintains confidential files, manages supplies, and supports smooth resort operations while delivering courteous customer service.

Supports daily HR operations including payroll, HRIS administration, onboarding, benefits, leave and workers’ compensation administration, employee records, compliance audits, and employee support. Maintains accurate personnel and benefits data, coordinates employee changes and notifications, monitors HR requests, tracks recurring responsibilities, and escalates complex matters to the HR Director.

This executive will build scalable HR systems, advise the CEO, COO, and operating leaders, develop the HR team, and improve talent outcomes across a rapidly growing, multi-site organization.

Maintains golf course grounds by mowing greens, tees, and collars; raking bunkers; edging paths and drainage features; operating light equipment; removing debris; and assisting with construction, grading, soil preparation, irrigation, and turf planting. The role requires physical manual labor, attention to detail, equipment operation, communication, customer service, and work in varying weather conditions.

Lead accounting and financial reporting across multi-entity operations, build scalable financial infrastructure and team, ensure GAAP-compliant statements, implement accounting systems and automation, manage cash, controls, and consolidate reporting to support strategic growth and partner with executive leadership.

Support community operations by maintaining resident relations, overseeing maintenance and curb appeal, managing budgets and rent collection, ensuring HUD/Fair Housing compliance, recruiting and training staff, executing marketing and resident events, and handling reports and regulatory documentation to meet occupancy and performance goals.
