The role supports investigations, HR operations, policy implementation, employment-risk mitigation, HR metrics, organizational design, change management, and continuous improvement. It partners with managers and HR leadership to deliver consistent, inclusive, values-aligned people practices in a hybrid, mission-driven nonprofit environment.
