Manages a portfolio of leadership-level donors, leading qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to achieve revenue goals. Builds donor pipelines, identifies major gift prospects, executes multichannel fundraising campaigns, represents the organization at events, and maintains accurate Salesforce records and performance reports. Collaborates with individual giving, marketing, and communications teams while supporting annual, digital, and disaster-response fundraising efforts.

Drives continuous improvement across disaster recovery, housing construction, and client service operations using Lean and Toyota Production System principles. The role standardizes workflows, reduces waste, improves quality, facilitates Kaizen events and Gemba walks, tracks KPIs, coaches staff, leads cross-functional projects, supports change adoption, and identifies cost-saving and resource-efficiency opportunities. The manager influences teams without direct authority and reports progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Operations Officer. Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, stakeholder communication, action-item tracking, records maintenance, budget and expense tracking, invoice coordination, reporting, and confidential communications. The role coordinates timelines and deliverables across teams and vendors, supports operational initiatives, and ensures accurate follow-through without formal supervisory or budget approval authority.
