Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, costs, risks, due diligence, design and procurement strategies, and cross-functional stakeholders. Coordinate development, engineering, finance, supply chain, construction, and external consultants while reporting project status to executives and ensuring projects reach final notice to proceed.

Leads commercial and operational performance for a portfolio of utility-scale solar and battery storage assets. Oversees profitability, generation, reliability, budgets, forecasts, contracts, O&M providers, warranty issues, safety, reporting, and performance improvement. Manages relationships with contractors, utilities, investors, lenders, regulators, and service providers while supporting acquisitions, divestments, refinancing, asset turnover, and development of self-perform capabilities. Supervises field technicians and requires up to 20% domestic travel.

Provide legal counsel to SB Energy's teams on energy infrastructure projects, managing outside counsel and reviewing contracts for financing and acquisitions.

Lead operational and commercial performance for a portfolio of utility-scale solar and BESS assets. Own plant profitability, budgets, KPIs, vendor and contract management, warranty resolution, O&M oversight, performance improvement initiatives, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure compliance with PPAs, interconnections, safety, and asset availability while supporting acquisitions, divestments, and development of self-perform capabilities.

Lead design, coordination, and delivery of low-voltage and intelligent systems for large data center construction projects. Oversee BMS, physical security, network cabling, compute readiness, vendor management, installation quality, commissioning, and integration to meet performance, security, and operational requirements while supporting project schedules and budgets.

Owner of people operations infrastructure including payroll, compensation, policies, compliance, HR systems, reporting, and employee lifecycle. Partners with Finance, Legal, vendors, and business leaders to ensure accurate, compliant, and employee-friendly programs, process improvements, audits, and employee support.

Provide corporate and securities legal counsel to executives, board, and cross-functional teams. Support SEC reporting, corporate governance, financings, acquisitions, securities policies, manage outside counsel, and ensure public company compliance.

Lead development and operation of SB Energy's supplier quality program for data center and power infrastructure equipment. Manage supplier qualification, audits, factory inspections, FATs, nonconformance and corrective actions, supplier scorecards, and cross-functional integration to ensure equipment meets specifications, schedules, and quality standards across projects.

Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed CPM schedules for data center construction projects. Monitor critical path, forecast impacts, review contractor schedules, perform delay analysis, and prepare executive schedule reports. Implement scheduling processes, support change order time impacts, and provide recovery planning recommendations to ensure on-time project delivery and compliance with contract and project controls standards.
