Provides contract interpretation, ensures regulatory and project compliance, tracks approvals and executed agreements, and improves contract management processes across solar, BESS, and wind projects.

Leads enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, risk management, and secure AI enablement. Responsibilities include developing technology roadmaps; overseeing cloud, networks, endpoints, identity, applications, and service providers; maintaining NIST- and ISO-aligned security programs; managing risk, audits, incident preparedness, and third-party assessments; and establishing governance for AI tools, automation, data protection, and responsible use.

Build, deploy, and maintain practical AI systems for SB Energy teams. Partner with domain experts to identify workflow bottlenecks, create Codex-powered agents and integrations, connect systems through APIs and MCP, and deploy reliable Azure solutions. Responsibilities include coding, testing, debugging, monitoring, security, user adoption, training, and measuring outcomes. Leads supplier engineering and technical assurance for owner-furnished power and cooling equipment. Owns OEM qualification, factory assessments, manufacturing readiness, testing, requirements traceability, configuration control, and acceptance evidence. Develops supplier readiness, industrialization, validation, and multisourcing plans while managing quality, delivery, cost, and lifecycle risks. Builds and leads a specialist supplier engineering team, collaborates with clients and vendors, and supports factory, laboratory, warehouse, construction-site, and international activities.

Coordinates multiple cross-functional data center and network infrastructure projects from initiation through closure. Responsibilities include project planning, milestone and deliverable tracking, asset and material management, documentation, risk mitigation, change management, stakeholder and vendor coordination, KPI reporting, and process improvement. The role supports technical teams through design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment activities while ensuring projects meet schedule, scope, and budget requirements.

Leads electrical engineering design and delivery for data center projects, covering LV, MV, and HV systems, power distribution, backup power, grounding, controls, white-space infrastructure, and construction support. Establishes design standards, reviews designs and submittals, supports equipment selection and troubleshooting, coordinates stakeholders, and develops a team of electrical engineers. Requires extensive experience with mission-critical or large-scale projects and strong knowledge of electrical codes and power systems.

Lead late-stage development operations for large-scale AI data center and energy projects through financing and handover to construction. Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, costs, risks, due diligence, design and procurement strategies, and cross-functional stakeholders. Coordinate development, engineering, finance, supply chain, construction, and external consultants while reporting project status to executives and ensuring projects reach final notice to proceed.

The Director will lead strategy and execution for large-scale energy infrastructure projects, ensuring successful development and cross-functional alignment, focusing on natural gas and renewable energy solutions.

Manage corporate insurance programs, underwriting submissions, exposure/TIV schedules, contractual risk transfer, and claims support for energy and digital infrastructure projects. Coordinate with internal teams and external brokers/insurers to optimize coverage, validate valuations, support underwriting diligence, and improve company risk management practices across development, construction, and operations.

Oversee design, construction, commissioning, and operations of campus fiber networks, carrier interconnections, structured cabling, and telecommunications facilities. Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors; review engineering deliverables; support site selection, testing, and turnover. Ensure resiliency, scalability, maintainability, and incorporate customer connectivity requirements while evaluating emerging networking technologies to optimize cost and delivery.

Support and execute financings including tax equity, project finance debt, and corporate debt. Lead loan draws, letters of credit, and surety bond issuances; manage due diligence, documentation negotiation, and drive transactions to financial close. Build relationships with lenders, investors, and internal teams (Development, Procurement, Construction, Asset Management, Finance, Legal). Improve processes and take increasing responsibility with the goal of managing financings.
