Teams at SB Energy

Provide legal counsel for renewable energy and data center projects, supporting project/corporate financing, acquisitions, real estate, project documents (PPAs, leases, EPC/O&M), supervising outside counsel, and advising development and operations teams.

Lead project accounting for data center projects, manage month-end and year-end close, intercompany billings, lease accounting (ASC 842), reconciliations, and internal controls. Supervise and review work of two offshore accountants, liaise with external auditors, prepare variance analysis and consolidated reporting support, research US GAAP technical issues, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, timely financial statements and SOX compliance.

Provide legal counsel to SB Energy's teams on energy infrastructure projects, managing outside counsel and reviewing contracts for financing and acquisitions.
