Serves as the primary community contact for gas generation projects in Pike County, building stakeholder relationships and coordinating public outreach throughout development, construction, commissioning, and operations. Develops communications, organizes meetings and events, tracks community concerns and commitments, supports issue resolution, and coordinates messaging across gas and data center project teams. Connects residents and businesses with employment, contracting, workforce, and community partnership opportunities while reporting engagement activities and emerging issues to project leadership.

Build trusted relationships with residents, officials, schools, nonprofits, businesses, and other community stakeholders for infrastructure projects. Lead outreach events, public communications, issue resolution, community benefits, grants, sponsorships, and workforce-development partnerships. Incorporate local feedback into project planning, construction, and operations while managing sensitive political and reputational issues. Represent the company at public meetings and community events, coordinate contractors and agencies, and provide strategic recommendations based on diverse data sources.

Develops, drafts, negotiates, and executes contracts for renewable energy projects. Manages RFPs, evaluates vendors, reviews contractual risks, and coordinates with project, engineering, legal, and financial stakeholders. Provides contract interpretation, ensures regulatory and project compliance, tracks approvals and executed agreements, and improves contract management processes across solar, BESS, and wind projects.
