Designs, develops, and maintains scalable C# and .NET applications, .NET Core solutions, WCF services, and SQL databases. The role focuses on multithreading, performance optimization, troubleshooting, code reviews, technical collaboration, and software quality. Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and Azure is beneficial.

Provides client onboarding, customer service, trading and funding support through calls, chats, and CRM cases. Conducts cold calls to prospective clients, supports first funding and trades, manages account access and updates, handles platform incidents, and shares product campaigns. The role gathers client feedback, participates in events, follows compliance and service-level procedures, and collaborates with global teams to resolve escalated issues.

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients by understanding their trading needs, supporting product usage, developing revenue opportunities, and maintaining compliant relationships. Responsibilities include client retention, referrals, platform and product education, due-diligence support, issue resolution, seminars, and collaboration with trading and technology teams. The role requires Polish and English fluency, financial markets knowledge, and willingness to relocate to Prague.
