Develop and optimize high-fidelity Roblox experiences using Luau, Roblox Studio, and advanced platform services. Build gameplay systems, character controllers, AI behavior, UI/UX features, and interactive mechanics while optimizing performance across PC, mobile, and console. Collaborate with creative, product, engineering, QA, clients, and stakeholders from concept through delivery. Use GitHub and Rojo in team workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and apply scalable data-handling and platform-innovation techniques.

Direct the visual identity of branded Roblox experiences from concept through launch and live updates. Lead 3D artists, UI designers, technical artists, and other creatives; establish style guides and art pipelines; oversee optimization across devices; guide UI, marketing assets, and quality reviews; collaborate with clients, designers, producers, and engineers; and present creative work while translating brand guidelines into Roblox-native experiences.

Provides administrative and project coordination support to production leadership, including scheduling, calendar and deadline tracking, meeting coordination, document preparation, staffing bandwidth tracking, and office operations. The role requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. This primarily in-office position may require occasional weekends or late nights.

The Graphic Designer/2D Artist will create 2D graphics and UI for digital platforms, collaborate with teams, and contribute to brand identity.

Support creator casting across sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contracting, and relationship management. Build casting decks, track budgets/contracts/usage rights, coordinate with production and creative teams, maintain talent databases, and troubleshoot talent-related issues across multiple concurrent branded-content campaigns.

Collaborate with art directors, technical artists, and designers, iterate based on feedback, ensure performance-optimized assets, and communicate with clients while working within PST core hours.

Design and build playable Roblox environments from blockout to polished levels using Roblox Studio. Focus on player flow, pacing, performance (including mobile), and brand integration. Collaborate with designers, scripters, artists, and producers, iterate from playtests, and deliver organized files and handoff documentation.

The role involves creating engaging thumbnails and promotional assets for Roblox games, requiring strong skills in 2D and 3D design and collaboration with various teams.
