Supports cloud infrastructure and operations through solution design, deployment, automation, migration, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and level-3 support. Assists with weekly payroll processing, system enhancements, compliance, documentation, and training. Partners with HR, IT, vendors, and payroll stakeholders to improve processes, protect data integrity, and resolve system issues.

Leads clerical and administrative operations for a distribution center, including attendance tracking, payroll, productivity reporting, customer service, shipping and receiving support, invoices, access coordination, office supplies, employee files, and new-hire orientation. The role resolves payroll and customer issues, maintains confidential information, supports management, and ensures company policies and procedures are followed.

Supervise multi-shift outbound warehouse operations, including staffing, shipment accuracy, dispatch schedules, product loading, productivity, safety, sanitation, food safety, and cost control. Lead Supervisors and Team Members, manage training and performance, resolve personnel issues, maintain operational records, coordinate across departments and vendors, and ensure timely, damage-free deliveries while meeting service and budget objectives.

Leads Save A Lot’s digital marketing presence across paid media, social media, websites, apps, and local digital platforms. Manages campaign calendars, budgets, vendors, reporting, governance, and optimization while supervising two team members. Partners with field, retail, marketing, IT, merchandising, loyalty, and eCommerce teams to improve customer experiences and digital performance. Develops recommendations for channel strategy, messaging, budget allocation, content workflows, and campaign execution.
