Supports cloud infrastructure and operations through solution design, deployment, automation, migration, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and level-3 support. Collaborates with technology and business teams to develop scalable cloud platforms, automate lifecycle management, maintain reliability, execute proof-of-concepts, and support Agile DevOps initiatives. Requires foundational Windows/Linux administration, infrastructure-as-code, scripting, cloud CLI, networking, Active Directory, and Group Policy experience.

Supports and maintains Dayforce HRIS operations, including workflows, configurations, permissions, audits, reporting, integrations, data feeds, troubleshooting, and user support. Assists with weekly payroll processing, system enhancements, compliance, documentation, and training. Partners with HR, IT, vendors, and payroll stakeholders to improve processes, protect data integrity, and resolve system issues.

Leads clerical and administrative operations for a distribution center, including attendance tracking, payroll, productivity reporting, customer service, shipping and receiving support, invoices, access coordination, office supplies, employee files, and new-hire orientation. The role resolves payroll and customer issues, maintains confidential information, supports management, and ensures company policies and procedures are followed.
