Performs radiologic procedures and related imaging activities under the direction of the Imaging Services Manager. Maintains knowledge of radiology equipment, anatomy, positioning, radiation safety, regulations, infection control, and HIPAA compliance. Participates in quality, safety, compliance, and training programs; supports patients and staff professionally; and responds appropriately in emergent situations. ARRT certification, completion of an accredited radiologic technology program, and Nebraska medical radiographer certification are required. Specialty modality experience or certification is preferred.

Provides comprehensive professional nursing care across inpatient, emergency, and treatment settings. Responsibilities include patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, care planning, medication and treatment administration, documentation, patient and family education, discharge planning, quality and safety compliance, and supervision of LPNs and CNAs when needed. Collaborates with physicians and healthcare professionals while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accurate EMR records.

Provides direct nursing care to clinic patients, including medication administration, treatments, patient assessment, education, documentation, infection control, and provider support. Maintains immunization records, supplies, preventative-care tracking, and compliance with clinical, safety, HIPAA, and quality standards. Requires a Nebraska RN license and Basic Life Support certification; clinic experience is preferred.

Performs radiologic and CT-related imaging procedures under the direction of the Imaging Services Manager. Maintains knowledge of imaging equipment, radiologic procedures, radiation safety, anatomy, positioning, and applicable regulations. Supports quality, infection control, safety, compliance, and HIPAA programs while providing professional patient and staff interactions. Requires ARRT certification, completion of an accredited radiologic technology program, and a Nebraska medical radiographer certificate. Specialty modality experience or certification is preferred.

Performs laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, blood banking, serology, microbiology, and urinalysis. Collects specimens, maintains equipment, verifies quality control, reports patient results, documents procedures, follows safety and HIPAA requirements, and assists with supervising laboratory assistants and phlebotomists.

Provides professional nursing care to long-term care residents, including assessments, medication and treatment administration, care-plan coordination, documentation, patient and family education, and monitoring of medication aides. Supervises nursing assistants and medication aides, supports quality and compliance programs, manages shift reporting, responds to changes in resident conditions, and helps maintain safe, compliant, patient-centered care.
