Design, build, and operate platform backend services for authentication, authorization, account management, multi-tenant organizations, and enterprise identity integrations. Develop versioned APIs, Kafka-based event integrations, and highly available multi-region services. Own production operations through metrics, tracing, alerting, logging, and on-call support. Provide shared architecture, deployment, monitoring, and technical guidance to feature teams.

Owns sales revenue and pipeline goals across expansion and new-logo accounts. Develops account strategies, drives upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and significant ARR growth, and builds relationships from operational contacts through the C-suite. Coordinates with sales development, solution engineering, customer success, product, engineering, and executive teams. Maintains accurate forecasts, achieves quota, manages complex deals, and travels to customer sites or regional engagements as needed.

Design, build, and operate distributed infrastructure for Sauce Labs’ virtual device fleet across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux. Own device lifecycles, fleet orchestration, CI/CD releases, observability, image management, and performance improvements. Diagnose production issues across VMs, containers, and bare-metal systems while collaborating with Cloud and Test Orchestration teams. Lead through code reviews, pairing, testing discipline, and evidence-based system improvements.
