Join the Integrations team to extend and scale backend services and APIs (Python and Go), build UI components, collaborate across teams, design APIs, work with CI/CD/Docker and message queues, produce customer-facing documentation, and participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot production issues.

Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise customers, collaborate with sales, monitor customer health scores, and advocate for customer needs within the business.

Own net retention and expansion within enterprise accounts by auditing customer usage, driving value realization, building 12–24 month account roadmaps, treating renewals as strategic re-sales, leading Executive Business Reviews, penetrating white-space, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to maximize lifetime value.
