Own net retention and expansion within enterprise accounts by auditing customer usage, driving value realization, building 12–24 month account roadmaps, treating renewals as strategic re-sales, leading Executive Business Reviews, penetrating white-space, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to maximize lifetime value.

Provide technical support to enterprise customers: troubleshoot and reproduce issues, manage support tickets, report bugs, create customer-facing docs and code samples, and run tests in the Sauce cloud. Communicate clearly and work collaboratively under pressure.
