Manage multi-country payroll, compensation, benefits, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle processes across Luxembourg, Spain, and other jurisdictions. Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, coordinate external providers, support salary and bonus cycles, administer benefits, prepare reports, assist with HR systems and audits, and provide local HR and office support in Luxembourg.

Lead incident response from detection through remediation, coordinating technical teams and stakeholders during critical events. Manage regulatory incident reporting under DORA, PSD2, GDPR, and related resilience frameworks. Lead blameless post-mortems, identify root causes, improve incident processes and tooling, and use observability data to proactively strengthen platform stability. Communicate clearly with executives, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and auditors while supporting reliability and business continuity in a regulated fintech environment.

Manage complex calendars for multiple C-level executives, prepare briefings, document meetings, track action items, and coordinate international travel and logistics. Organize company-wide milestones, All-Hands meetings, team ceremonies, and recognition events. Ensure executive presentations and reports are prepared, while handling expenses, procurement, document management, and confidential information.
