Leads complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from the Office of the CEO across Luxembourg and Milan. Manages executive stakeholders, project governance, regulatory requirements, roadmaps, milestones, risks, and operational workflows. Translates business, legal, compliance, and regulatory obligations into actionable delivery plans while resolving bottlenecks and providing data-driven executive reporting. The role requires experience in regulated financial environments, fintech or banking, cross-border leadership, and strong project execution skills.

Own the strategy, development, launch, and scaling of consumer payment products, including cards, SEPA transfers, and QR payments. Identify customer problems, define requirements, optimize product performance, and manage the user experience. Coordinate Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Fraud, and external payment partners while ensuring regulatory alignment with PSD2, SCA, and AML. Analyze payment economics and usage data, build business cases, improve workflows, and mentor teams.

Own the consumer payments product domain, including debit cards, SEPA transfers, QR payments, and related features. Lead discovery, product strategy, 0-to-1 launches, scaling, UX, requirements documentation, cross-functional alignment, payment-provider partnerships, and data-driven optimization. Ensure products meet PSD2, SCA, AML, fraud, and compliance requirements while improving adoption, reliability, economics, and customer value.
