Own the enterprise information security strategy and roadmap for a regulated fintech. Build security across AWS, applications, APIs, and mobile systems; manage VAPT and internal/external audits; operationalize GRC, risk, BCP/DR, and data localization processes; drive DPDP compliance; embed security into the SDLC; and provide hands-on leadership in architecture reviews, threat modeling, and incident response.

Manages end-to-end technical projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, technical documentation, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates engineering, product, IT, QA, vendors, and leadership to deliver software and technology initiatives. Applies Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies, oversees deployments and integrations, tracks KPIs, ensures security and governance compliance, and supports post-implementation improvement.

Owns the architecture and technical direction of a lending platform spanning loan origination, loan management, collections, underwriting, and digital channels. Defines domain models, API and event standards, data ownership, ADRs, regulatory controls, audit logging, and financial calculation practices. Integrates AI and ML models into lending workflows, governs architecture across three squads, resolves technical conflicts, and mentors senior engineers. Requires deep lending-domain experience, architecture leadership, DDD, microservices, OpenAPI, Java, Spring Boot, and AI integration expertise.
