Lead the automation squad, develop shared test automation frameworks and regression infrastructure, build n8n workflows and AppSmith internal tools, establish automation governance, and drive AI adoption across the organization. The role includes mentoring engineers, prioritizing automation opportunities, managing test data and performance testing, integrating AI-assisted test generation, setting AI tooling standards, and facilitating an AI bootcamp for new hires.

Own and scale AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, monitoring, reliability, security, and incident response. Build infrastructure as code, automate deployments, manage production environments, optimize costs, and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies. Partner with engineering, QA, and security teams to improve developer experience and operational standards, while participating in on-call rotations, leading incidents, documenting procedures, and mentoring junior engineers.

Work with cross-functional teams to shape user journeys, define product requirements, create PRDs and user stories, and help launch digital solutions. Use data-driven analysis and tools including SQL, Excel, Jira, Google Analytics, and Figma to solve problems and improve onboarding, lending, and engagement experiences, particularly for rural and financially underserved markets.
