Lead design, analysis, and development of autonomous surface vessel hulls, structures, and mechanical systems. Coordinate CAD modeling, structural design, integration of autonomy systems, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and produce technical documentation and reports.

Lead R&D, evaluation, benchmarking, and integration of EO/IR (visible, thermal, multispectral) camera systems for autonomous maritime platforms. Design electrical interfaces, perform performance and environmental testing, prototype and field-test installations, execute trade studies, author technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with autonomy, software, and mechanical teams.

Design, program, commission and maintain PLC/DCS/SCADA control systems. Develop control architecture and HMIs, perform modeling/PID tuning, conduct FAT/SAT, troubleshoot faults, create technical documentation, ensure safety standard compliance, and support operations and safety assessments.

Lead development, deployment, and optimization of maritime autonomy systems. Drive field testing, analyze mission data, integrate sensors and autonomy capabilities, resolve cross-disciplinary incidents, mentor teams, and author deployment protocols to ensure reliable operational performance.

Coordinate and deliver mission and program objectives for autonomous surface vehicle (ASV) operations. Plan missions, operate and monitor ASVs, analyze mission data, produce reports, train DoD personnel, manage project progress and stakeholder communications, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Develop, optimize, and sustain wire harness manufacturing processes for autonomous marine vehicles. Support NPI and production with work instructions, tooling, test validation, process improvements, root cause analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure IPC/WHMA-A-620 compliance, quality, and throughput.

Support, configure, and enhance manufacturing systems (MES/ERP/MRP/PLM); build dashboards and reports; analyze production data to identify improvements; ensure data traceability and system integrations; enable automation and continuous improvement; support NPI and production scaling; provide user support, documentation, and training.
