Lead strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of Palantir Foundry-based business applications. Support inbound/outbound logistics, pick/pack/ship, delivery coordination, warranty/RMA administration, and warehouse operations. Lead and grow a team of marine designers producing 2D/3D CAD models, technical drawings, and construction documentation for autonomous surface vessels. Hands-on mechanical engineer responsible for installation, alignment, integration, testing, and commissioning of main propulsion, fuel, cooling, and genset systems for autonomous surface vessels. Liaise with design teams, manage CAD/as-built documentation, lead ECOs and IRBs, perform precision shaft alignment, and support autonomous systems integration and system testing at shipyards.

Hands-on engineer responsible for design, integration, installation, testing, and commissioning of marine auxiliary machinery and fluid systems on autonomous surface vessels. Duties include CAD modeling, P&ID interpretation, pump and piping system design, resolving construction non-conformances, managing ECOs, fire suppression design, and documenting as-built configurations while coordinating between engineering, drafting, and shipyard teams.

Oversee outfitting and systems integration for autonomous surface vessels: install and test mechanical, piping, HVAC, and deck equipment; manage CAD models, ECOs, IRBs, fit-checks, and as-built documentation; coordinate between design, production, and shipyard trades to resolve technical issues and support autonomous system integration.

Operate, test, and validate autonomous surface vessels through field deployments, diagnostics, telemetry, and data analysis.
