Liaise with design teams, manage CAD/as-built documentation, lead ECOs and IRBs, perform precision shaft alignment, and support autonomous systems integration and system testing at shipyards.

Lead and grow a team of marine designers producing 2D/3D CAD models, technical drawings, and construction documentation for autonomous surface vessels. Lead design, integration, and testing of electrical and electronic systems for UUVs and subsea platforms, including power systems, embedded control boards, sensor and communication interfaces, PCB layouts, and ruggedized hardware. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from architecture through field testing, troubleshoot hardware, select components for subsea reliability, and produce engineering documentation and test procedures.
