Maintains quality management system documentation, administers document control systems, coordinates reviews and approvals, tracks revisions and retention, and supports audit readiness. Conducts inspections, tests, and audits; analyzes findings; recommends corrective actions; and develops training materials and operating manuals. The role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and internal quality standards across manufacturing and office environments.

Manages supplier quality assurance through audits, inspections, performance metrics, root cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier qualification, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve supplier quality issues, mitigate supply chain risks, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Supports enterprise technology initiatives by eliciting and documenting requirements, managing backlogs, coordinating stakeholders and dependencies, and facilitating Agile delivery ceremonies. Partners with product owners, developers, architects, and platform teams across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Slack environments. The role ensures traceability, mitigates delivery risks, improves processes, and helps teams deliver clearly defined initiatives without requiring hands-on platform configuration.

Manage and optimize Paycom, Workday, and other People systems; ensure data integrity across payroll, benefits, time tracking, and performance systems; build reports and dashboards; lead automation initiatives; support employee lifecycle workflows, compliance, background checks, records management, employee inquiries, vendor coordination, and People Operations projects.

Supports IT Operations by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and device issues; maintaining systems through updates, patches, and backups; documenting helpdesk tickets; and assisting with technical projects, migrations, and upgrades. The intern also follows security and access-control best practices, communicates solutions to nontechnical users, and collaborates with senior IT staff in a full-time, in-office Austin environment.

Manufacturing Engineer Intern supporting project-based efforts to improve production efficiency, workflows, floor organization, lean initiatives, tooling, fixtures, manufacturing data, and documentation. The intern will collaborate with engineering, operations, and fabrication teams while contributing to autonomous vessel manufacturing projects. This is a full-time, in-office position in Austin, Texas, from May through August 2027.

Supports environmental, health, and safety programs across engineering labs, manufacturing spaces, shipyards, and maritime testing operations. Responsibilities include inspections, hazard assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, OSHA documentation, chemical inventory management, environmental compliance, training, metrics tracking, audits, emergency drills, and regulatory research. The intern collaborates with engineering, operations, and facilities teams in a full-time, on-site Austin role from May through August 2027.

Supports the design, prototyping, testing, and optimization of autonomous surface vessel electrical and electromechanical systems. Responsibilities include system monitoring, data acquisition and analysis, power measurement, sensor integration, autonomy validation, propulsion and equipment integration, troubleshooting, research, technical reporting, and hands-on work with tools, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi.

Develop and test software for autonomous surface vessels, including navigation, sensor integration, communication, real-time decision-making, path planning, and object detection. Support hardware-in-the-loop testing, field deployments, troubleshooting across software, hardware, and networking systems, technical documentation, and hardware-software integration. The internship is full-time and in-office in Austin, Texas, with maritime field testing and travel.

Mechanical Engineering Intern supporting the design, simulation, testing, and optimization of autonomous surface vessels. Responsibilities include analyzing hull stability and hydrodynamics, conducting CFD simulations, validating prototypes and autonomy algorithms, integrating propulsion and onboard systems, performing data acquisition and analysis, troubleshooting hardware, and documenting engineering findings. The role is full-time, in-office in Austin, Texas, from May through August 2027.

Software Engineer Intern will design, implement, test, and integrate software for autonomous surface vessels. Responsibilities include navigation, sensor integration, communication protocols, real-time decision-making, path planning, object detection, testing frameworks, hardware-in-the-loop testing, technical documentation, and cross-functional hardware integration. The role is full-time and on-site in Austin, Texas, from May through August 2027.

Support enterprise SaaS platforms through configuration, development, integrations, automation, documentation, monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting. The intern will work with analysts and developers to configure systems such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, and Slack; write scripts or Apex logic; validate data flows and APIs; support user-acceptance testing; and resolve access or configuration issues. This is a full-time, in-office summer internship in Austin, Texas.

Support the design and analysis of autonomous surface vessels through hull-form development, hydrodynamic and stability calculations, CAD modeling, structural design, weight management, and autonomous-system integration. Assist with model testing, validation, design reviews, technical research, documentation, and client reports while collaborating with naval architects, engineers, and programmers. This is a full-time, in-office internship in Austin, Texas, from May through August 2027.
