Develop and maintain CMM and 3D scanning inspection programs using CAD, drawings, and GD&T requirements. Perform measurement system analysis, dimensional data analysis, reporting, and special inspections. Own engineered tooling and fixture lifecycle management, including inventory, verification, calibration, configuration control, documentation, and controlled production release. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, R&D, Production, and suppliers to resolve issues and improve measurement accuracy, tooling reliability, and manufacturing support.

Own financial and material planning for autonomous maritime deployments. Track budgets, burn rates, forecasts, travel expenses, procurement, spares, subscriptions, readiness, and deployment logistics. Coordinate Supply Chain, Finance, Program Management, Logistics, suppliers, and field teams to align demand, equipment, personnel, schedules, and customer commitments. Develop leadership dashboards and reports, identify risks and variances, and drive cross-functional issue resolution.

Manage end-to-end compliance projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track commitments, and maintain leadership operating cadences. Build compliance workflows and internal tools supporting export controls, spectrum authorization, ethics, anti-bribery, investigations, and international compliance. Translate requirements into practical guidance, manage investigation documentation, disposition compliance requests, and develop program health metrics and reporting.
