Owns standard costing, inventory valuation, cost accounting close, variance analysis, and ERP data integrity in a manufacturing environment. Partners with finance, supply chain, production, engineering, and inventory teams to improve costing processes, implement controls, automate workflows, support audits, and provide manufacturing cost analysis for leadership decisions.

Own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, monthly reviews, variance analysis, and management reporting for operational teams. Partner with leaders to evaluate staffing, spending, utilization, capacity, and resource tradeoffs. Maintain headcount and labor forecasts, reconcile cost allocations, improve planning processes, and translate operational activity into financial recommendations and decisions.

Lead strategic growth and capture efforts for U.S. government programs outside the Department of War, particularly DHS and maritime agencies. Shape and secure major Programs of Record, build growth teams, develop acquisition strategies, partner on proposals and contracts, advise executives, and ensure compliance with ITAR, cybersecurity, and MIL-STD requirements. The role requires deep DHS, maritime, acquisition, congressional, and rapid-acquisition expertise, plus a current TS/SCI clearance.
