Manage engineering project schedules, maintain documentation, lead cross-functional meetings, coordinate staffing and vendors, report project health, and drive alignment and communication across engineering, operations, and leadership.

Design and analyze hull forms, structures, and mechanical systems for autonomous surface vessels. Run hydrodynamic and hydrostatic simulations (resistance, propulsion, seakeeping, maneuvering), perform CAD modeling, support integration of autonomy and controls, conduct model tests and validation, participate in design reviews, and produce technical documentation and client reports.

Manage day-to-day office operations for the Franklin office, handling supplies, mail, vendor coordination, facilities requests, minor repairs, onboarding/offboarding setup, workplace ticketing, event and space readiness, and cross-site alignment with HQ workplace standards to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.
