Manage full-cycle recruiting: partner with hiring managers, source and screen high-volume technical and manufacturing candidates, maintain pipelines, improve interview processes, and ensure positive candidate experiences through offer negotiation.

Work with business system analysts and developers to design, build, and deploy AI agents, copilots, and automation integrated with enterprise systems. Develop reusable agent skills, connect agents via MCP to enterprise tools and data, advance spec-driven development, and implement safety/observability guardrails for production in a defense environment.

Partner with instructors and cross-functional teams to standardize and improve live, instructor-led product training. Observe sessions, provide feedback, run train-the-trainer, manage SOPs and LMS assets, surface documentation discrepancies to engineering/writing, perform AARs, analyze learner data, and track implementation of instructional improvements.
