Provide help-desk and desktop support: install, move, maintain and troubleshoot PC hardware, software, PBX/telecom, and network applications; respond to tickets, coordinate repairs, assist on IT projects, and maintain IT security and documentation.

Lead and execute the companys digital sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, cultivate vendor and partner relationships at trade shows and events, negotiate contracts, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor performance, and coach a results-driven sales team to drive growth.

Supervise table games and pit personnel, ensure games protection and integrity, monitor chips/cards/transactions, enforce internal controls and Title 31 compliance, evaluate and train dealers/supervisors, flag suspicious activity, assist security/management with disturbances, maintain attendance and logs, provide customer service, and complete required training.
