Operate SLS 3D printers, support fabrication activities, and complete related administrative tasks. The role requires strong computer skills, organization, attention to detail, communication, multitasking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced additive manufacturing environment.

Supports daily office and sales administration through documentation, scheduling, correspondence, record maintenance, and departmental coordination. Assists with email campaigns, marketing activities, CRM database management, emailer scheduling, campaign reporting, and marketing material coordination. Requires strong computer, communication, organizational, multitasking, and independent-working skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools.

Support end-to-end digital clinical workflows for 3D-printed orthotics and prosthetics: scan patient anatomy, produce patient-specific CAD models, prepare and manage print production, validate fittings with clinicians, maintain digital asset/version control, troubleshoot printers, train clinical staff, and stay current on materials and regulatory considerations.
