Develop and maintain high-performance C++ backend applications and libraries for importing, annotating, and analyzing large-scale genomic data. Deliver end-to-end features, optimize for speed and scalability, write tests, contribute documentation, and collaborate with engineers, bioinformaticians, and product stakeholders.

Develop and maintain high-performance Python backend services (Django/DRF) for VarSome products, build RESTful APIs, collaborate with frontend and product teams, participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, monitoring, and on-call rotations to ensure reliable clinical-grade genomics software.
