Lead QA efforts for React/Next.js web and e-commerce experiences: design and execute manual and automated tests, build Cypress and Jest/React Testing Library suites, validate AEM integrations, monitor performance and analytics (Quantum Metric, Sentry), track defects in Azure DevOps, maintain CI/CD quality gates, ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.

Architect and deliver an offline-capable, cloud+edge+mesh POS platform using React Native and Expo. Build tablet UIs, implement CRDT and ElectricSQL sync, integrate restaurant IoT and payment hardware, design edge/cloud services on AWS, enforce testing and CI/CD, and own feature lifecycle and production observability.
