Build native iOS/Android features (Swift/Java), implement state management with NgRx, integrate RESTful APIs, optimize performance for real-time video capture, follow mobile architecture patterns and security best practices, and work in a SAFe/Agile environment.

Lead manual QA for CRM and customer experience initiatives across mobile, CRM, and backend services. Design and execute test plans, validate end-to-end journeys and integrations, run API and database validations, investigate defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure production readiness in an Agile environment.

Build, maintain, and deploy backend services across .NET and Node/AWS serverless stacks. Design and connect secure REST APIs, ensure performance and reliability, troubleshoot production issues, maintain infrastructure with Terraform, collaborate with QA and Product, participate in Agile ceremonies and on-call rotations, and deliver well-tested releases across multiple systems.
