Leads the organization’s accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, internal controls, grant and contract compliance, cash reconciliation, budgeting, and audit coordination. The Controller supervises accounting staff, ensures GAAP and regulatory compliance, strengthens financial processes, prepares reports for executive leadership and the Board, supports forecasting and strategic decisions, and serves as the primary liaison for external auditors and funders.

Provide person-centered case management including assessment, development and monitoring of Individual Service Plans, linking clients to community resources, crisis intervention, documentation, and coordination with clients, families, and service providers to support independent living and continuity of care.

Coordinates training programs, educational workshops, early childhood curriculum initiatives, public awareness campaigns, and community outreach for the LAUNCH project. Collaborates with staff, families, partner providers, and stakeholders; maintains attendance and feedback records; evaluates program effectiveness; supports grant compliance; and coordinates service delivery. Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of training or educational coordination experience, a valid New Mexico driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of early childhood development.

Supervise nursing and medical operations across residential and detox programs, create schedules and policies, train and mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2), maintain EMR and billing documentation, and support high-quality, culturally competent client care.

The Med Tech Supervisor coordinates with clinical staff to oversee medication administration and manage residential treatment for clients. Responsibilities include program development, client intake, staff training, and ensuring compliance with medical procedures and documentation.
