Lead and manage accounting operations, ensuring accurate month-end/year-end closes, GAAP-compliant financial reporting, grant and contract compliance, cash management, internal controls, and audit coordination. Supervise accounting staff, improve finance processes and systems, support budgeting/forecasting, and serve as primary financial liaison to funders and auditors to ensure fiscal accountability across the organization.

Provide case management and care coordination for clients at high risk for or living with HIV, including prevention education, referrals, goal-setting, ongoing follow-up, documentation (GPRA), liaison with community resources, and collaboration with MAI Coordinator and grants for data tracking.

The Med Tech Supervisor coordinates with clinical staff to oversee medication administration and manage residential treatment for clients. Responsibilities include program development, client intake, staff training, and ensuring compliance with medical procedures and documentation.
