DESCRIPTION
We are actively looking for an Infor LN Expert who will be a specialist within the IT Service Management Platform, providing deep expertise in the Infor LN ERP system's functionality, capabilities, and best practices. This role involves working closely with various business units and internal/external stalkholders to understand their needs and translating these into effective ERP solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related.
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive experience with Infor LN ERP systems, including implementation and management.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge in software management: MS Office 3, MS Visio, MS Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Infor LN ERP certification or equivalent training.
ACTIVITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Infor LN ERP-related inquiries within the organization.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify how the Infor LN ERP system can be best utilized to meet these needs.
- Provide expert advice on ERP system capabilities and potential enhancements.
- Work closely with ERP Support team/Project Team to implement and optimize ERP modules (finance, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.).
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Keep abreast of new Infor LN features and updates to continually improve internal processes.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on ERP functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, addressing any issues or challenges they face.
- Develop a knowledge base and documentation for ERP system best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors for system integration and enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication and understanding of ERP-related initiatives.
- Generate reports and analyze data from the ERP system to support decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to senior management.
