Manage end-to-end global payroll cycles, ensure compliance and accurate GL entries, lead and mentor the payroll team, reconcile and report payroll, implement process improvements, and serve as primary payroll contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Design and build an AWS-based lakehouse and scalable enterprise data platform. Create governed data products and automated Python/SQL pipelines. Establish standards for data quality, governance, security, observability, and CI/CD. Partner with engineering, product, finance, and business teams to enable analytics and AI and define the platform's long-term vision.

Serve as liaison between stakeholders, operations, and engineering to elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements for NetOps. Create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria; support process improvement, backlog refinement, Agile ceremonies, UAT, and production rollouts.
