Own quality assurance for cloud communications and frontend applications by designing test strategies, executing manual and automated testing, validating APIs and performance, investigating defects, and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate cross-functionally on releases, analyze logs and network traffic, troubleshoot production issues, improve QA practices, and mentor junior engineers.

Serve as liaison between stakeholders, operations, and engineering to elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements for NetOps. Create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria; support process improvement, backlog refinement, Agile ceremonies, UAT, and production rollouts.

Manages finance and treasury activities for Philippine operations, coordinating with the US Finance team on funding, reporting, reconciliations, payroll, statutory payments, government filings, permits, banking, audits, and compliance. Handles PEZA and BIR requirements, payroll reviews, check releases, documentation, and administrative follow-through. The role is hands-on, hybrid, and requires independently managing multiple deadlines and regulatory obligations.
