Manages finance and treasury activities for Philippine operations, coordinating with the US Finance team on funding, reporting, reconciliations, payroll, statutory payments, government filings, permits, banking, audits, and compliance. Handles PEZA and BIR requirements, payroll reviews, check releases, documentation, and administrative follow-through. The role is hands-on, hybrid, and requires independently managing multiple deadlines and regulatory obligations.

Manage end-to-end global payroll cycles, ensure compliance and accurate GL entries, lead and mentor the payroll team, reconcile and report payroll, implement process improvements, and serve as primary payroll contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Design and build an AWS-based lakehouse and scalable enterprise data platform. Create governed data products and automated Python/SQL pipelines. Establish standards for data quality, governance, security, observability, and CI/CD. Partner with engineering, product, finance, and business teams to enable analytics and AI and define the platform's long-term vision.
