Leads sales and marketing strategy across three Georgia hotels, prospecting accounts, closing business, managing RFPs, negotiating rates, supporting group sales, and driving room, meeting, banquet, and portfolio revenue. Builds corporate and regional relationships, coordinates market-specific business plans, oversees social media and advertising partnerships, collaborates with hotel leadership, represents properties at industry events, and ensures sales targets are met or exceeded.

Leads sales and marketing efforts across assigned hotels, driving revenue, market share, group business, meetings, and banquet bookings. Responsibilities include prospecting, account development, sales strategy, RFP management, rate negotiations, market analysis, trade show participation, social media partnerships, and collaboration with hotel and regional leadership. The role manages business plans, cultivates customer relationships, supports sales teams, and ensures properties meet or exceed revenue targets.

Coordinates accounts payable activities, researches invoice and payment discrepancies, manages vendor documentation and in-house check support, and tracks issues through resolution. Supports recurring payables, close processes, audits, 1099 documentation, payment controls, and finance projects. Uses Excel and automation tools to improve reporting and accuracy while collaborating with Finance, Accounting, Operations, property teams, vendors, and InfoSync.
