Lead and improve performance across multiple extended-stay hotels by managing general managers, implementing company standards, driving P&L results, optimizing revenue (RevPAR), ensuring asset and guest satisfaction, overseeing openings, and enforcing operational compliance.

Lead group sales to drive room and F&B revenue through aggressive prospecting, full sales-cycle management, strategic planning, relationship building, market representation at events, and administrative reporting.

Serve as the hotels front-line ambassador by managing check-ins/outs, reservations, guest inquiries, and safety procedures. Deliver exceptional guest service, resolve conflicts, document activities, execute sales and inventory processes, inspect public spaces, and follow company policies to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
