Leads Sandoz North America's AI strategy, transformation, adoption, and governance. Develops the AI roadmap, prioritizes and manages a portfolio of initiatives, identifies high-value use cases, tracks business value, and drives cross-functional implementation. Builds AI literacy through training and change management, partners with IT and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions, and ensures compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, responsible AI, and governance standards.

Conduct internal audits across business and IT functions, assessing risks and controls, supporting audit planning, documenting findings, and helping deliver audit reports. Build relationships with management, agree solutions to control issues, contribute to process improvements and audit methodology, and complete special projects. The role also requires reporting product complaints and adverse events and distributing marketing samples when applicable.

Leads North America finance business partnering and FP&A, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, executive reporting, decision support, and investor relations partnership. Advises the North America President, CFO, and leadership team; manages a 10-person organization across the US and India; supports strategic initiatives and transactions; and develops high-performing finance teams.
