Leads enterprise testing across SAP and non-SAP systems, managing test planning, execution, automation, defect lifecycles, reporting, and compliance validation. Provides test management guidance, coordinates globally distributed stakeholders and vendors, assesses risks, monitors quality KPIs, and supports functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. Ensures alignment with GxP, data privacy, cybersecurity, architecture, and delivery standards.

Leads third-party risk management and due diligence for M&A, business development, licensing, partnerships, and other confidential transactions. Coordinates cross-functional risk experts, consolidates findings, develops risk ratings and mitigation recommendations, advises deal teams and senior leadership, and ensures contractual protections and remediation commitments are addressed. Oversees residual transaction risks, governance requirements, and risk management activities across the transaction lifecycle.

Owns B2B demand and supply planning for assigned customer and regional portfolios. Balances demand, inventory, capacity, and supply constraints; manages order fulfillment and customer delivery performance; analyzes planning metrics; coordinates Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance stakeholders; resolves escalations; maintains planning processes; and drives continuous improvement through digital tools and standardized methodologies. Requires extensive pharmaceutical supply chain expertise and leadership in complex global environments.
