Manage engineering and continuous improvement projects for sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing: define scope/budgets, ensure GMP compliance, oversee contractors, execute qualifications/validation, manage change control/CAPAs/deviations, support audits, and drive safety, quality, and sustainability initiatives.

Lead and manage all hire-to-retire activities for Germany, lead and develop the H2R team, implement transformation and system projects, optimize processes for quality and efficiency, partner with HRBPs and P&O teams, ensure accurate lifecycle and payroll processes, handle escalations/complex cases, and analyze KPIs to drive improvements.

Lead global communications for Sandoz Generics Development and Manufacturing & Supply. Advise senior leaders, design integrated internal and external communications, drive narrative and thought leadership, manage change and executive communications, align enterprise messaging, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure impact to improve engagement and reputation.
