Provide operational leadership for corporate compliance, enterprise risk management, and regulatory affairs. Oversee regulatory readiness, HRSA/FTCA compliance, HIPAA privacy, incident investigations, medical record audits, policy governance, risk assessments, corrective actions, and staff education. Prepare executive reporting and coordinate cross-functional compliance activities.

Oversee daily accounting operations, support AP and payroll, reconcile bank and pharmacy sales, record revenue and expenses, prepare Sales and Use Tax filings, maintain fixed asset inventory, ensure accurate journal entries and year-end AR/AP reconciliations, and support CFO and finance team with compliance and reporting.

Lead strategic marketing, communications, brand, and digital efforts to drive patient growth, community visibility, and funder relations. Oversee marketing team and vendors, develop campaigns, manage reputation and executive communications, support grant narratives, and align brand strategy with organizational priorities.

Lead day-to-day operations of the Continuous Improvement Department, oversee staff, implement clinical quality and workflow improvement initiatives, monitor quality metrics (UDS, preventive screenings, chronic disease management), support regulatory readiness (HRSA, PCMH), and drive data-driven performance improvements across clinical service lines.
