Sandfield seeks penultimate or final-year IT/CS/Software Engineering students for internship and graduate opportunities. Interns work on client-facing software projects across the full SDLC, receive technical and soft-skills training, and often transition to permanent roles. Recruitment runs Jan–Jun 2026 for internships starting Nov 2026. Applicants must be in New Zealand or be New Zealand citizens.

Build and maintain web applications using the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET Core/WebAPI), design and query SQL Server databases, implement front-end features with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, interact with clients to translate business requirements, support production systems, and collaborate on performance tuning, DevOps pipelines, and AI-assisted development.
