Lead and grow the product management organization for humanoid robots, define long-term product strategy and roadmap, translate requirements into executable plans with engineering, oversee end-to-end product lifecycle across software, controls, and hardware, track success metrics, drive data-informed iteration, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring products to market. Role requires international travel to customer sites.

Lead cross-system architecture across ML, simulation, robot software, and hardware. Define a 2–3 year technical vision, drive cross-team architectural decisions, ensure scalable deployment and reproducible build-test-release pipelines, and translate systems strategy into product and operational roadmaps while operating as a technical authority.

Design, validate, and deploy industrial automation and robotic solutions by translating plant-floor tasks into engineering requirements, using simulation and virtual commissioning, integrating hardware (PLCs, vision, grippers, sensors), commissioning pilots, troubleshooting field failures, and documenting repeatable deployment methods while supporting customer-facing commissioning and travel.
