Represents clients in immigration matters, including consultations, case strategy, applications, motions, legal research, hearings, and removal defense. Manages a high-volume caseload, supervises paralegals and support staff, monitors legal developments, meets deadlines, and supports client relationships and business development. The role requires a Virginia bar license, Spanish fluency, and at least one year of immigration experience.

Handle a high-volume immigration caseload from intake through resolution, develop legal strategy, represent clients before immigration agencies and courts, draft motions and appeals, supervise and mentor paralegals, ensure compliance with deadlines, and support business development and community outreach.

Supervise and manage complex immigration caseloads, develop legal strategies, prepare and review filings, represent clients before immigration agencies and courts, mentor paralegals, communicate with clients, conduct legal research, and support business development and community outreach.

The Immigration Paralegal will assist with the immigration process, prepare applications, communicate with clients, and manage case deadlines.

Prepare and file USCIS and EOIR applications (family‑based petitions, adjustment of status, waivers, naturalization, EADs, DACA/TPS, U visas, DS‑260), manage electronic case files and case management system, communicate with clients, translate documents, assist attorneys, meet deadlines, submit motions, and support team collaboration.

Represents immigration clients through family petitions, asylum, hearings, SIJIS, U-Visas, waivers, court proceedings, and trials. The attorney conducts legal research, drafts motions and briefs, coordinates case strategy, manages paralegals and deadlines, meets prospective clients, tracks legal developments, and markets firm services. The role requires handling a high-volume caseload, client communication, team management, and one Saturday per month.
