Oversees technology transfer, manufacturing readiness, people-in-plant coverage, operator training, batch record review, investigations, troubleshooting, comparability studies, and process improvements at an external manufacturing partner. Authors CMC sections for IND Module 3, collaborates with Quality, Supply Chain, Research, and Process Development, and develops team talent while supporting regulated cell therapy manufacturing.

Lead FP&A activities supporting R&D, CMC, and G&A functions: own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, close support, expense recognition under US GAAP, reporting/dashboard creation, and process improvements to enable executive decision-making and spending discipline.

Lead evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and management of licensing, partnerships, co-development, platform transactions, and strategic collaborations. Coordinate cross-functional diligence (R&D, CMC, clinical, regulatory, legal, IP, finance, commercial), build valuation and financial frameworks, negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements, manage partner relationships and post-signing governance, and support executive and Board-level decision-making and strategic planning.

Lead development and qualification of potency, immunoassay, and cell-based analytical methods for pluripotent stem cell therapies. Support method transfer, GMP testing, instrument qualification, documentation in ELN, data analysis, and interaction with QC and CDMOs to enable product characterization and control strategies.
