Lead FP&A activities supporting R&D, CMC, and G&A functions: own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, close support, expense recognition under US GAAP, reporting/dashboard creation, and process improvements to enable executive decision-making and spending discipline.

Develops, optimizes, qualifies, and executes molecular and genomic assays for engineered cell and gene therapy products. Performs nucleic acid extraction, library preparation, sequencing, ddPCR, qPCR, and advanced genomics workflows. Analyzes and communicates genomic data, supports regulatory documentation and SOPs, maintains audit-ready records, and ensures laboratory readiness through inventory, equipment, sample, and CRO coordination.

Lead evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and management of licensing, partnerships, co-development, platform transactions, and strategic collaborations. Coordinate cross-functional diligence (R&D, CMC, clinical, regulatory, legal, IP, finance, commercial), build valuation and financial frameworks, negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements, manage partner relationships and post-signing governance, and support executive and Board-level decision-making and strategic planning.

Lead development and qualification of potency, immunoassay, and cell-based analytical methods for pluripotent stem cell therapies. Support method transfer, GMP testing, instrument qualification, documentation in ELN, data analysis, and interaction with QC and CDMOs to enable product characterization and control strategies.
