Lead FP&A activities supporting R&D, CMC, and G&A functions: own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, close support, expense recognition under US GAAP, reporting/dashboard creation, and process improvements to enable executive decision-making and spending discipline.

The Senior Executive Assistant will support the CEO and leadership team with administrative tasks, calendar management, investor relations, and strategic project support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Lead evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and management of licensing, partnerships, co-development, platform transactions, and strategic collaborations. Coordinate cross-functional diligence (R&D, CMC, clinical, regulatory, legal, IP, finance, commercial), build valuation and financial frameworks, negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements, manage partner relationships and post-signing governance, and support executive and Board-level decision-making and strategic planning.
