Jobs at San Jose Conservation Corps + Charter School

Supervises crews of 4–9 Corpsmembers on outdoor conservation and natural-resource projects, including trail maintenance and construction, habitat restoration, invasive-species removal, fire-fuel reduction, and roadside maintenance. Transports crews and equipment, coordinates with project partners, assigns labor and materials, enforces safety procedures, completes operational and personnel documentation, maintains vehicles and equipment, and mentors Corpsmembers through technical and professional skills training.

Supports the organization’s marketing and communications efforts through social media campaigns, website updates, newsletters, written content, graphic design, photography, videography, interviews, and storytelling. Tracks digital engagement and marketing analytics, maintains media assets, supports events and advertising, collaborates with departments and partners, and guides Corpsmember content creators. The role is primarily in-person, requires occasional local travel, and supports outreach to corpsmembers, donors, volunteers, and community partners.
