Teams at San Jose Conservation Corps + Charter School

Supervise and lead a crew of 4-9 Corpsmembers on environmental field projects (trail maintenance, habitat restoration, invasive species removal, fire fuel reduction). Transport crews and equipment, ensure safety and policy compliance, train and mentor Corpsmembers, manage project logistics and documentation, conduct daily safety meetings, and perform vehicle inspections. Participate in emergency response and occasional backcountry work.

Provide leadership and clinical oversight for Corpsmember Support Services, supervise staff and MSW interns, deliver counseling and case management, develop partnerships, manage grants and documentation, and ensure trauma-informed, harm-reduction care to support corpsmembers' success.
