Provide high-quality customer service and complete ticket and subscription sales via Tessitura by phone, mail, and in person. Handle patron inquiries, follow-up and courtesy calls, resolve complaints, perform data entry and proofing, and support Box Office managers during variable hours including evenings and weekends.

Maintain and audit donor and patron data in Tessitura, generate reports and lists, fulfill data requests, configure fundraising setup, support event and gift processing, and improve CRM hygiene and workflows.

Senior frontline fundraiser managing a portfolio of 70–90 major and planned giving prospects generating $2M–$4M annually. Oversees strategy and execution for Maestro Circle ($25K+), supervises two annual giving officers, authors gift proposals, coordinates with leadership and volunteers, and drives donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

Manage fundraising strategy for Friends-level donors (<$5,000), overseeing donor acquisition, renewal, upgrades, and telefundraising/direct mail campaigns. Maintain a portfolio of 50–60 prospects, manage vendor relationships, coordinate data and gift processing with internal teams, and report on revenue, expenses, and ROI to meet budgeted goals. Support events and collaborate across Development, Marketing, IT, and Patron Services.
