Provides executive administrative support to the Music Director, managing calendars, communications, meetings, rehearsals, concerts, travel, visitors, correspondence, and stakeholder relationships. Oversees the Music Director’s office, coordinates with management and Symphony departments, supports artistic initiatives and special projects, and provides backup administrative support to the Artistic Planning team. Requires discretion, strong judgment, diplomacy, musical research ability, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Develops and programs non-classical Symphony offerings (Summer, Holiday, Film, special events, pops), pursues co-promotions and collaborations, coordinates with Marketing, Operations, and Finance, manages artist engagement and contracting support, maintains program data and calendars, and participates in concert duty and audience development initiatives.

Frontline fundraiser managing a portfolio of 90–100 major and planned giving prospects ($1.5M–$3.5M) and leading strategy for the Baton Circle ($5K–$24,999 donors). Responsibilities include prospect qualification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, moves management, event/benefit coordination, proposal writing, and collaboration across development teams to meet fundraising goals.
